Sharing your feelings with others in a supportive environment is often helpful. Drop by and have a coffee and chat with our trained facilitators on the 3rd Tuesday on each month from 10:00-11:30am. The program is held at the Seniors Centre, 56 Francis Street, Kingston. No registration required.
